I'm Nik Korablin, an aspiring web designer living in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. I've been practicing my art for four years now and have been continuing to learn and keep myself updated with the latest in web and graphic technologies. Living in such a diverse area made up of both very rural and very urban atmospheres has given me a unique eye for culture that others would not have. I love creating art through digital imagery and interfaces, but also have a passion for filmmaking. I've been writing and directing my own short films for even longer than I've been working in the web field. The ability to tell story through film is just something that If find myself very attracted to.
Along with filmmaking, I also enjoy watching independent films with friends as these are the films not normally noticed by the general populous, but can sometimes be the most interesting and worthwhile. The magic that cinema exerts is just so undeniably attracting. Reading and writing are also things I enjoy doing when not filming or designing, its just a very relaxing activity that will just take hold of you and not let go.
